Interview Selection Process:
- Tiered Signals Utilized in Interview Selection: We will utilize the new AAMC-ERAS Tiered Program Signals system to help identify applicants with strong interest in our program. Applicants signaling strong interest through Gold Signals will be prioritized for interview invitations, followed by those utilizing Silver Signals. Signaling will only be used to prioritize invitations for interview, and is not directly used in determining the rank list; ranking will be based on holistic application review and the applicant’s virtual interview with us.
- All Applications Reviewed: We will comprehensively review all applications meeting our specified criteria (found on the FREIDA dashboard). We consider qualifications and alignment with our program’s mission and vision throughout the selection process when offering interviews.
