Our program was able to spend time together to share appreciation and learn about each other’s culture. This event fosters wellness, comradery, and cultural competence.

KP Hawaii IM residents joined the KP Hawaii delegation in supporting the LGBTQ+ community at the 2022 Honolulu Pride Parade. 

We want to congratulate all of our graduates from the Kaiser Permanente ​Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program on a 100% pass rate ​in the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Certification Examination.  Their dedication to the practice of medicine is clearly demonstrated by this amazing achievement.  We are elated for all of them. ​

The residents participated in a half-day Academic Didactic Session, which included Inpatient Journal Club and ACP Board Prep. 

​The Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Program held its annual banquet on Saturday, May 28 at Moanalua Medical Center. The event celebrated the conclusion of the program's 2021-2022 year, recognized the recipients of the Kaiser Permanente Hawaii Internal Medicine Residency Awards, honored graduating residents, and thanked faculty.
